FRIDAY RESET - A women's healing ceremony
Friday Reset is a 90-minute women's healing ceremony created to give you space to stop, soften and receive.
If you spend most of your week caring for everyone else, juggling the mental load and constantly moving onto the next thing, this is your time to put yourself first!
You will be guided through a relaxing meditation before settling in to receive reiki energy healing and sound allowing your body and mind to slow down, release the week and melt into stillness.
You don't need to have experience in meditation, simply arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself to be held in a space where nothing is expected of you. Just come to rest, rest and receive.
You will leave feeling a little lighter, calmer and more connected to yourself.
